For the greater good of disposables
The foremost aspect of creating eco-friendly disposable products is to minimize the use of virgin natural resources while producing excellent products. Our definition of a sustainable product is one that has the least impact on the environment throughout its entire lifecycle, from creation to disposal or reclamation. However, it is not possible to create a completely sustainable disposable cup, and we do not have one. Neither does anyone else. Most conventional plastic foodservice products are made from petroleum-based plastics such as foam, polystyrene, or polyethylene. We need all the oil we have today to build renewable energy infrastructure and fuel the transition to a more sustainable world. Therefore, disposable cups, which are used for a few minutes and then discarded, are not the best use of this valuable resource. Through our efforts, we are expanding our limits of what is feasible in disposable products by utilizing eco-friendly better materials, reducing the use of virgin plastics, and operating with transparency as a company.  We are committed to taking bold steps towards a sustainable future, even if it requires us to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty.
