TAX-EXEMPT PURCHASING
Buying for an eligible organization?
Nonprofits, government organizations, resellers and other eligible buyers can request a review of their sales-tax exemption documents.
Requirements depend on the jurisdiction and purchase. A nonprofit designation or EIN alone does not confirm sales-tax exemption. Your account’s tax treatment changes only after the applicable documents and eligibility are verified.

- Exemption type and relevant jurisdiction
- Applicable certificate or supporting document
- Certificate number and expiration, if applicable

“500 containers” and “500 cases” describe very different orders. Specify the unit and size so the team can review the right product and packing configuration.

Businesses and wholesalers can apply for an EcoQuality wholesale account. Our team reviews your business and purchasing needs, then confirms the special pricing available to your approved account.
Can I shop before applying?
Yes. Browse the public catalog and product options before submitting an application. Account-specific pricing and terms require separate confirmation.
How do I request a bulk quote?
Include product names or links, sizes, quantities and your delivery postal code. Specify pieces, packs or cases so the team can review the correct packing configuration.
Does every product use the same case quantity?
No. Packing can vary by product and size. Use the selected product’s published pack information and request confirmation when the full case quantity is unclear.
Is credit approval part of the wholesale application?
Credit is a separate review. Applying for an account or submitting a quote does not automatically grant credit, a tax exemption or payment terms.
How do I request custom branding?
Use our dedicated custom-printing catalog to explore product options. Custom printing has its own quantity and production requirements.
Where can I see current promotions?
Visit the discounts page for current offers and eligibility. Retail promotions should not be assumed to combine with negotiated wholesale pricing.
