Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the price of processing the items back into stock. This charge is 20% of the item(s) price for items delivered to commercial locations and 30% for residential locations.

Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers

We are not able to accept returns for consumable merchandise and customizable merchandise. Similarly, not all Special Order products or merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer (“Drop Ship Products”) can be returned.
